Description
Get down on the floor in a figure-4 position, with both knees bent at 90°: one leg in front and the other behind. Hold a weight in one hand and place the other hand on the floor to stabilize your torso. From the starting position, raise the weight up overhead. Follow the movement with your eyes to better control the motion. Then slowly return to the starting position, with the elbow bent, before repeating. Follow the tempo and number of repetitions recommended by your therapist.
