Description

Position yourself in a side plank position, with your forearm on the ground, elbow under your shoulder, and legs together with knees bent. Use the strength of your bottom knee to push against the ground, allowing you to lift your hips off the floor. As your hips lift, rotate your top knee upward. Perform each repetition in a smooth and continuous motion. Ensure that you lift your hip off the floor and rotate your knee upward in one harmonious movement.
