Description

This stretch is suitable for left thoracic and right lumbar scoliosis. ‍The objective of this exercise is to specifically target weakened muscles along the spine in the chest area. Start by standing up, then take a dumbbell in your right hand and an elastic band (with the anchor point behind you) in your left. Engage the muscles by pushing the dumbbell upwards. At the same time, apply forward pressure with the elastic band to rotate the trunk to the right. This coordinated action aims to strengthen the specific muscles needed to support the chest area, offering additional support in the case of left thoracic and right lumbar scoliosis.
