Breathing in the Supine Position

Description
Lie supine with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor, and find your natural spinal curves by breathing into your floating ribs to create space without pressing them into the ground. Your pelvis stays supported on the sacrum, neither tilted backward nor forward. To check, place your fingertips between the floor and your floating ribs so you can clearly feel the air inflating this area, and use it as an anchor point. Keep this neutral position while breathing deeply and with control.
