Description

You will place the upper part of your back on a Swiss ball, with your knees bent, feet firmly anchored on the floor, and your glutes off the ground. You will raise your hips by contracting your gluteal muscles and pushing with your feet, so that your thighs and torso are aligned. Then, slowly return to the starting position. For more stability, you can position the Swiss ball against a wall.
