Description

Get into a plank position facing down, with legs straight, elbows locked, and hands on the edges of a Bosu. An imaginary tie should fall towards the middle of the Bosu. While firmly contracting your abdominal belt, slowly bring one knee towards the opposite elbow. Then return to the starting position and repeat the movement with the other knee. Make sure to keep the pelvis in a neutral position throughout the exercise, without arching the back.
