Description

Place a resistance band around the upper part of your back and hold its ends with your hands. Get into a quadruped position, with your knees aligned under your hips and hands under your shoulders. Maintain a neutral position, keeping your back slightly arched and your chin tucked in. Engage your core and back muscles to stabilize your trunk. Slowly lift one arm and the opposite leg, extending the arm forward and the leg backward. Ensure that your trunk and pelvis remain stable without twisting or shifting. Slowly return your arm and leg to the ground, then repeat on the opposite side.
