Description

Lie on the floor with one leg bent, the knee forming a 90° angle, and the other leg relaxed on the floor. Place your hands under the lumbar area for support, allowing your elbows to rest on the floor. Slightly lift the extended leg, the head, and the shoulder blades off the floor. Focus on rotating the thoracic spine, imagining that your head and neck form a stable block with your thoracic spine, without allowing any movement of the neck, whether it is moving forward or retracting the chin. The goal is to engage the rectus abdominis and obliques without causing movement of the spine.
