Description

Stand facing a stable support, such as a bench or a chair, with a slight gap between you and the support. Let your body fall forward until your hands touch the bench. Once supported on your hands, slowly bend your elbows while stabilizing your shoulders to control the descent. Continue until your stomach or sternum touches the bench. Then, push with your arms to straighten up and return to a standing position. Repeat the exercise, making sure to control each descent properly.
