Description

Attach an elastic band to the side at hip height and loop it around your pelvis. Stand on the leg on the side of the elastic band and hold a weighted bar with the opposite hand. Make sure to keep your spine in a neutral position. Then, slowly bend forward from the hip, simultaneously pushing the free leg back as far as possible while keeping your pelvis horizontal and level. It is essential to keep the knee of the supporting leg slightly bent, usually between 10 and 20 degrees, to perform this exercise. Initially, perform the movement slowly to control your movements well.
