Description
Starting from the plank position on your forearms, push down, activate your shoulders, then lift your hips towards the ceiling to adopt the dolphin position. As you bring your feet back to plank, perform a forward sawing motion, stacking your shoulders over your elbows, before returning to the dolphin position. This sequence engages the serratus anterior muscles and enhances shoulder stability. Modify knee flexion if necessary.
