Description

Equip yourself with two elastic bands that you have previously attached to a wall bar or a similar device behind you. Place these elastic bands over your shoulders like straps. Then, lean forward to put tension on the elastic bands, ensuring that your heels remain in contact with the floor. Extend your arms towards the ceiling to add extra weight. Once you have found your balance, gently lift the unaffected leg. This will transfer the majority of the weight onto the leg you wish to work on. Then, perform slight forward pushes, ensuring not to lift the heel of the supporting leg. If you perform the exercise correctly, you should feel a stretch in the calf and Achilles tendon of the leg you are working on. Make sure to maintain a stable posture and perform the movements smoothly and in a controlled manner.
