Description

Lie on your back in the supine position, with your shoulder in the R2 position with internal rotation, holding an elastic band attached to your same-side foot. Using a flexion of the lower limb, relax the elastic band and bring the shoulder into external rotation. Then, extend the lower limb to put tension on the elastic band, then slowly return the shoulder to the starting position without moving the elbow. Keep the movement controlled and fluid throughout the exercise.
