Description

You are standing, back straight, knees extended, arms along the body, with support on the leg to be worked and a weight in the hand on the opposite side. While keeping the leg as straight as possible, you will slowly tilt your body forward and gradually bring your torso to a horizontal position. At the same time, the arm holding the weight is guided by gravity until it almost touches the ground, and the leg on the same side is lifted to balance the weight. A slight knee bend in your supporting leg is allowed. When you feel tension behind the knee, return your body to a vertical position and flex the hip and knee to 90° with the leg on the side of the weight.
