Description
Lie on your back with your knees bent, arms at a 90° angle to the side and elbow also bent at 90°. Place the hand from the opposite side in your armpit to feel the contraction of the subscapularis muscle, as seen with your physical therapist. From this position, gently rotate the forearm towards the ground, then slowly return to the starting position.
