Description

Get into a quadruped position, with your toes tucked under and both hands placed on a step, shoulder-width apart. Engage your core, push through your hands and toes, and extend your legs to adopt a plank position. Maintain a neutral spine and a stable posture for the recommended duration. Ensure your core remains engaged to control the movement, avoiding any sagging or excessive arching of the back. Slowly lower your knees to the ground in a controlled manner before repeating the exercise.
