Description

Standing facing the wall, place the arm of the affected limb on a Swiss ball. Position your affected shoulder in a candelabra position, with the shoulder at 90° and the elbow bent at 90°. Rotate your trunk as if you were throwing, until you feel a chest stretch on the side of the affected arm. Return to the starting position by turning back to face the wall.
