Description

Lie on your side with knees bent. Press your elbow against your body and your forearm against your abdomen. For better arm placement, you can place a cushion between your elbow and your ribs. Pull back the tip of your shoulder and lift your hand off the table as high as possible without lifting your elbow. Slowly come down and repeat. To intensify the exercise, clench your fist to increase the activity of the rotator cuff. You can also add weight for progression.
