Description

Start by securing a band on the side, which you can attach to the leg of a piece of furniture or wedge in a door. Then, get into a four-point kneeling position with the elbow of the arm to be worked resting on a sliding support, such as a cloth or towel. Your forearm should be aligned with the band. Make sure to keep the elbow in line with the shoulder. With the hand of the working arm, grab the band and perform an external shoulder rotation by moving your hand outward. Then return to the starting position and repeat the movement.
