Description

Get into a lunge position with your arms stretched out in front of you and an elastic band around your wrists. Spread your arms apart and maintain tension on the elastic band throughout the exercise. Then raise your arms into a military press position while rotating your torso, then slowly return to the starting position. Perform the movement in a controlled manner, taking about 2 seconds for the ascent and 2 seconds for the descent, making sure to keep your torso stable and your shoulders engaged.
