Description

Stand perpendicular to the anchor point of an elastic band held in the hand you are working with. Start with your arm at your side and slightly forward (about 30 degrees forward) up to shoulder height (90 degrees from your trunk) without raising your shoulder, and your hand forward. Keeping your elbow fixed, bring your hand towards the ceiling to perform an external rotation against the resistance of the elastic band. Then return to the starting position, holding the movement.
