Description

Lie on your back on an incline bench, holding a weight plate in each hand. Place your arms out to the sides at 90°, with your elbows bent at 90° and your forearms vertical. Then let the weights drop back by externally rotating your shoulders, controlling the movement, until you reach your maximum range of motion. Return to the starting position by bringing your forearms back to vertical. Throughout the exercise, your elbows must stay at the same height. Perform the movement slowly and in a controlled manner.
