Description
Stand with your elbow bent at 90° and your arm slightly away from your body, at about 45°. Attach the resistance band to a solid, stable anchor point to get the right amount of resistance. From this position, bring your hand back and up without changing the position of your elbow, then slowly return to the starting position. Keep your wrist stable and perform the movement mainly with your shoulder.
