Description

You are standing with your arm extended upwards, an elastic band attached on one side and held by the hand on the same side. In this position, while keeping your arm extended, you make small, rapid movements of low amplitude, moving the arm closer and farther away from your side. You then turn a quarter turn to face the anchor point of the band and perform small back-and-forth movements. Continue the exercise with another quarter turn to the other side, and finally with your back to the elastic band. Make sure to maintain a stable core by engaging your abdominal muscles and squeezing your glutes.
