Description

Get down on all fours, with your hands under your shoulders and your knees under your hips. Slide one arm under your body, reaching as far as you can, then come back to the center and open it up toward the ceiling and behind you to rotate your torso, before calmly returning to the starting position. Gradually increase your range of motion by bringing your arm under your body until your shoulder touches the floor.
