Description

Attach a resistance band behind you and hold the end in one hand. Start with your elbow close to your body and your forearm pointing backward, in maximum external rotation. From this position, raise your arm upward, keeping the movement in a single plane, as if you were between two narrow panes of glass. Lift as high as possible, then slowly return to the starting position, controlling the tension of the band and without letting your shoulder roll forward.
