Description

Get into a half-kneeling position next to a wall: front knee bent at 90° and back knee on the floor, on the side of the wall. Keep the arm closest to the wall straight. Start with the back of your hand against the wall. Slide your arm along the wall into an upward arc, gradually rotating your hand. As your arm passes above you, your palm should face the wall. Then lower your arm, continuing the arc, and rotate your hand again so you return to having the back of your hand against the wall. Perform the movement slowly, aiming for the greatest comfortable range of motion. You can move closer to or farther from the wall to adjust the difficulty.
