Description

Attach an elastic band at chest height in front of you. Pass the band around your back and grab the end with the hand corresponding to the leg you want to work on. Stand on that leg and slightly bend your knee. Rotate your torso in the direction of the leg bearing your weight, then turn in the opposite direction while resisting the tension of the elastic band. Perform this movement continuously and in a controlled manner, keeping the other leg in the air without touching the ground.
