Description

Start in a standing position with your feet hip-width apart. Place a stick behind your back with one end touching your head and the other end on your tailbone. The middle of the stick should also be in contact with the middle of your back. Make sure to maintain contact with these three points throughout the entire movement. Then, focus on bending primarily at the hips. This is done by tilting your torso forward and pushing your glutes backward. Lower yourself as far as comfortable while maintaining the three points of contact, then rise back up using your hamstring muscles. Squeeze your glutes once straightened to ensure you are fully upright.
