Description

Get into position by pressing your hands against a wall with your elbows extended and place an elastic band around the tips of your feet. Keep your body straight, slightly leaning forward, then lift one leg by bringing your knee forward until your thigh is parallel to the ground. Hold this position, slowly lower your leg, and repeat the exercise on the other side. Make sure not to round or arch your back while lifting or lowering your leg. Try to focus the movement on the hip and keep the rest of your body stable.
