Description

For this exercise, you will need two elastic bands that you will attach to opposite points. Once the elastic bands are in place, attach the first elastic band to the base of the thigh you want to target, and the second elastic band at the bottom of the thigh, just above the knee. Make sure the elastic bands are sufficiently taut before starting the exercise. To perform this exercise, place your foot of the leg to be worked on a support such as a chair or stool and position your hip in a neutral position. Then, place your two hands on your knee and make movements from left to right with your knee. These movements will cause your hip to shift, which will contribute to the effectiveness of the exercise. Repeat this sequence according to the recommendations of your physical therapist.
