Description

Sit near a SwissBall and lean back so that your upper back and shoulder blades are resting on it. Lift your hips up while keeping your torso and head straight and aligned. You should feel the muscles working mainly in your glutes and thighs, as your body pivots around the point of contact on the ball. Lower your hips slowly back down, then repeat the movement. Make sure not to arch your lower back too much during the lift. To make the exercise more challenging, you can add extra weight.
