Description

Attach a elastic band at head height behind you and secure a weight to the center of the band. You can choose to sit or stand, positioning yourself with your back to the anchor point of the elastic band. Grab the end of the band, placing your arm to the side and bending your elbow at a 90-degree angle, adopting the candlestick position. Quickly and dynamically, bring your hand forward and downward without changing the elbow position. Resist for 2 to 3 seconds against the destabilization caused by the weight attached to the band, then return to the initial candlestick position.
