Description

Lie down on your stomach with the arm you're working on bent at a 90° angle, elbow flexed at a right angle, hand turned towards the ground in internal rotation position. Place your hand on a towel or a small cushion. From this position, gently push your wrist towards the ground to initiate an external rotation of the shoulder. Hold the pressure for the indicated time, then slowly release.
