Description
You are in a kneeling position, with the front leg in 90° hip and knee flexion, while the back leg is supported on the ground behind you with the knee bent at 90° and the back ankle flexed so that the toes point toward the ground. You will contract your abs and glutes, then push on your toes to lift your back knee about 5 centimeters off the ground and hold the position. Then, relax completely and let the knee rest on the ground.
