Description

Stand perpendicular to a wall, with your arms at your sides and your elbow bent at 90°. Hold a Swiss ball between your forearm and the wall. Perform an external rotation to compress the Swiss ball against the wall and maintain the position for 5 deep breaths (about 15 seconds). Then completely relax and release the pressure on the ball. Repeat the exercise 3 times with about 30 seconds of rest between repetitions.
