Description
Lie on your stomach on a mat with one hand on the lower back and the other arm extended overhead, holding a small weight or object (such as a can or a water bottle). Start by pulling the extended arm down in a slow and controlled manner, forming the 'I' position. Ensure your shoulder blade is engaged and your arm stays straight. Hold this position briefly, return to the starting point, and then move your arm to form the 'Y' and 'T' positions, respectively, in similar controlled movements. This exercise targets the shoulder muscles and helps in building strength.
