Description
Stand upright, feet hip-width apart, holding a weight in one hand. Step diagonally backward, crossing one leg behind the other, placing the ball of your back foot on the ground. Bend your knees slowly, keeping the back knee close to the floor without touching it. Push through the front leg to return to a standing position, then switch to the other leg. At the end of the movement, bring the weight in front of you, arms bent, to stabilize your posture. Keep your chest upright, hips aligned, and evenly distribute your weight.
