Description

Fix an elastic band in front of you and place it in the bend of your knee (you can use a towel between the two for added comfort). Hold a medicine ball, a regular ball, or a weighted object with your arms extended above your head. Slightly bend the knee equipped with the elastic band, then extend it by pushing the knee backward, resisting the force of the elastic band. At the same time, bring the other knee to a 90-degree angle in front of you and maintain this posture for the indicated duration. Then lower the leg, bend the knee again, and repeat the exercise.
