Description

Place your foot on a chair, with your hip and knee bent, keeping your foot firmly stable. Place one hand on the inner side of your thigh, near the knee, and the other hand on the outer side of your leg, at the level of the tibia and fibula. With both hands, create a slight glide by pushing the thigh outward and the leg inward. Maintain this glide while you slowly move the knee forward to increase flexion, then return while controlling the movement. The exercise should remain pain-free. Release only once you have returned to the starting position, then repeat, re-establishing the glide before each movement.
