Description
From a low plank position on your forearms with your knees on the floor, place your elbows under your shoulders and brace your core. Press into your forearms, then place one hand on the floor followed by the other to come up into a high plank, with your hands under your shoulders and your arms engaged. Keep your body aligned from head to knees and your hips stable, without letting them sag or lift too high. Then return to your forearms one arm at a time with control, and continue by alternating the arm that initiates the movement. Maintain smooth breathing while focusing on stability, engagement, and coordination.
