Description
From a kneeling plank and your hands under your shoulders, move your pelvis forward of your knees and brace your trunk. Without moving your lower body, reach one arm forward in line with your shoulder, then bring it back down before switching sides. Keep your pelvis stable and aligned with your trunk, your legs engaged, and actively push your supporting arm into the floor. Keep your neck long and your gaze toward the floor. Maintain smooth breathing as you alternate arms, aiming for stability, control, and engagement.
