Description

Sit on a Swiss ball adjusted to your size so that your thighs are parallel to the ground in a seated position. Place an elastic band under your feet and hold both ends with your hands, positioned on either side of your body. While keeping your spine neutral and straight, lift your arms laterally to shoulder height, maintaining a slight bend in the elbows. Try to extend yourself throughout the exercise.
