Description
You are standing, legs straight, with a kettlebell in one hand, raised to shoulder level on the same side with the elbow bent. Lift the knee on the opposite side of the kettlebell so that the knee and hip are at 90° flexion, then bring this leg to the side and bend the knee to perform a lateral lunge. At the same time, the supporting leg during the knee lift remains straight and accompanies the movement, while the kettlebell is brought from the shoulder to the ankle on the opposite side. Then return to the starting position, standing on one leg with the knee lifted, kettlebell at shoulder level.
