Description

From the half-kneeling position, slightly draw the back knee in so it comes behind the hip, and firmly root the front foot into the ground. Let the pelvis gradually sink toward the floor without forcing, keeping your hands on the ground on either side of the front foot. Keep the back of your neck long and your gaze forward, and maintain a calm breath as you feel the front of the back hip opening, without losing stability. Then slowly come back up and repeat on the other side.
