Lunge Stability on Bosu With Varying Weight Constraints
HipMotor Control / Balance

Description
You are in a lunge position, with the back foot on a step, the front foot on an overturned Bosu, and a weighted bar in your hands. Without any warning, a third person positioned beside you will remove one of the weights from the bar to destabilize you, and you will need to resist this force to maintain your balance. The weight is then put back on the bar for a new destabilization.
