Description

Place a Swiss ball against a wall to stabilize it and position your hands on it, shoulder-width apart. Assume a plank position, engaging your abs to maintain a straight posture and prevent any arching of the back. Bring one foot forward, next to the Swiss ball, while extending the other leg back into a lunge position. Perform a torso rotation towards the side of the front leg, lifting the same side hand towards the ceiling. Follow your hand with your eyes to enhance the rotation and engage the upper back. Slowly bring your hand back to the ball, return to the plank position, then bend your knees and raise your hips up and back to relax the back. Return to plank and repeat the movement on the other side.
