Description

Place a Swiss ball against a wall to stabilize it and position your hands on it, shoulder-width apart. Assume a plank position, engaging your abs to maintain a straight posture and prevent any arching of the back. Bring one foot forward, next to the Swiss ball, placing the other leg stretched back in a lunge position. Perform a torso rotation towards the side of the front leg, lifting the same side hand towards the ceiling. Follow the movement of your hand with your eyes to enhance the rotation. Slowly bring your hand back to the ball, return to the lunge position, then to the plank, and repeat the exercise on the other side.
