Description
Lie supine with your hips and knees bent at 90° and your shins parallel to the floor. Without changing the angle of your knees, slowly lower one leg until your toes lightly touch the floor, as if it were burning, then immediately bring it back up to the hip-flexed position as the left leg starts to lower. The movement comes from the hips, not the knees; it is the thigh that moves away. Exhale with each leg change, keeping your core engaged and your pelvis stable, and perform the repetitions in a smooth, continuous motion.
