Description

Attach an elastic band around your head and fix it in front of you, at forehead height or slightly higher. Hold a dumbbell (or equivalent) in your hand and extend your arm in front of you with a 90° shoulder flexion, arm extended. Step back enough to feel the forward pull of the elastic band without tilting your head. In this position, while maintaining the neutral position of your head, you will move your extended arm to the side until the dumbbell is parallel with your body. Then, return to the initial position.
